I am Maria Hammerstrøm from Oslo, Norway.
I was originally trained as a graphic designer, but then I decided to explore the universe’s big questions instead and took a master’s degree in astrophysics at the University of Oslo. Now I work as a freelancer full time with a focus on graphic design and science communication.
I mainly do design jobs related to science. I do everything from logos, illustrations, posters, book covers, magazines and reports, presentations, exhibitions, websites, etc.
